By purchasing a subscription plan or using the GoodBidders service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodBidders shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities; loss of data; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
